Kid’s Yoga

Transformative yoga classes in nurseries, primary schools, and secondary schools.

A child's life can present big challenges, including stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and navigating big emotions. Sakura's yoga classes equip children with the skills they need to build emotional resilience and cultivate self-esteem and self-confidence through yoga poses, breathing techniques, visualisation, and mindfulness exercises.

I am enhanced DBS checked, safeguarding, and first aid trained, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for your children.

For early years, our programmes align with the EYFS framework. For Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, integrate Sakura's yoga and mindfulness classes into your curriculum as part of your weekly PE, PSHE, RE, PPA, or club activities.
